Return Policy
At Coyote-Cult, all items are made to order specifically for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or changing your mind after an order is placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and help make it right. Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Orders with the wrong size or color chosen by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Minor print placement variations may occur during production and may not be considered defects. Printify notes a DTG print placement tolerance of 0.5 inch.

Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been submitted. Printify states that made-to-order products are non-refundable once sent to production, except for qualifying order issues.
For lost-package issues, eligibility can depend on the shipping route and timing. Printify says undelivered domestic US orders generally need to be reported after 30 calendar days, and international orders after 45 calendar days, with the issue reported within 1 week after that window ends.
